Revealing The Foundations.
During this phase, I will teach you what habits, routines and knowledge are needed to ensure you shred the fat and reveal the foundations for a successful physique transformation. Clients usually see around 18-28lbs of fat loss in this phase.

Sustaining Your Success.
You have amazing results which you want to keep. Learn to enjoy more dietary flexibility without slipping back into old habits or undoing your progress. I will show you how to start reintroducing foods you love but maintain your results, because who wants to be on a diet for the rest of their lives..

Physique / Performance Development.
By now, you’ve achieved incredible results and gained the tools to maintain them sustainably. You’ve built a solid foundation of habits, knowledge, and confidence. Now it’s time to ask yourself, "What now?". Together, we will set you some progressive goals, like adding a significant amount of muscle without losing the definition you have worked so hard to achieve. Or a performance-related goal like a sub 20-minute 5k. During this phase, you will feel yourself becoming physically and mentally 'unstoppable'.

At this point you wont need me much, but to help consistent progress and long-term success. You'll receive support to keep you accountable, motivated, and on track. If your life changes and your lifestyle shifts, we’ll make strategic adjustments to your training, nutrition, and habits whenever you need them, to ensure you're always progressing toward your goals. Whether you're overcoming plateaus or navigating life changes, you’ll never be left alone or guessing.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
