Focus: Drop body fat to reveal where you are currently at. Retain and build muscle, master habits that push you forward, and create structure that lasts.
Outcome: Visible lean results & full control of your time, training, and nutrition.

In 140 Days, we have managed to drop over 25 lbs of body fat, reaching his goal months before he initially thought possible. Now we are managing his success for a holiday, and then lean bulking up until his suit fitting.
Phase 2: Sustaining Your Success (1-4 weeks)
Focus: Maintain the results you've worked to achieve while bringing more balance back into your diet and lifestyle.
Outcome: Understand how to enjoy all that life has to offer whilst sustaining your physique.
Phase 3: Strive & Grow (Ongoing)
Focus: Defining and pursuing your future goals. While these goals may vary from person to person, they typically fall into one of two paths:
1. Physique Growth:
If you’re looking to build a leaner, more muscular physique, this path will focus on muscle growth through progressive resistance training and a well-structured caloric surplus. You’ll continue honing your nutrition strategy to support hypertrophy while staying in control of body fat levels.
2. Physical Performance:
For those who prioritise strength, endurance, athletic ability, or general physical capability, this path focuses on performance-based goals. Whether it’s improving your lifts, running faster, or excelling in a specific sport, your training and nutrition will be tailored to help you perform at your peak.
Outcome: High level of confidence, control in all stages of life, and physical presence engineered to excel and last.
